Pieter Snelder founded Exeo. He is an engineer and a strategist, with extensive experience in high-stakes strategy and corporate development, and he started the firm to work on the gap between strategic planning and execution.
His approach combines technical depth and data with an understanding of how people actually respond to change. Under his leadership, Exeo advises businesses on complex transformations and acquisitions.

He holds postgraduate qualifications from Oxford University.
